See Differently Employment Services in conjunction with Y.E.S provides a range of expert services to assist individuals prepare for the workforce, find meaningful employment, and enjoy ongoing support (once employed).
See Differently works with:
- Individuals affected by Neurological, Acquired Brain Injury, Psychological, Intellectual or Learning Disabilities
- People with blindness or vision loss
- People who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Young people aged 16-22
Workplaces considering recruiting a person with a disability will also be provided with expert advice and support.
See Differently Employment Services holds contracts with Disability Employment Services. Job seekers can register directly with See Differently Employment Services without needing a Centrelink referral.
School Leaver looking for work? (aged 16-22)
See Differently’s School Leaver Employment Support is an individually tailored, two-year employment pathway to develop a clear career direction to school leavers.
Our experienced team will work with you ONE ON ONE with a focus on capacity building, skill development, independence and confidence to work.
We’ll assist you with:

- Computer literacy
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Organisation and time management
- Money management
- Personal presentation
- Workplace expectations
