RSB COVID Update 20 July

In keeping with the current directions from the Government and SA Health, please be advised that RSB has immediately suspended a majority of its face-to-face services for the duration of the lockdown and closed is offices to the public.

RSB telehealth and online services will remain available, and our Customer First hotline – 1300 944 306 – will remain open should you need urgent assistance or be needing expert advice from one of our team.

In making these decisions, and following the advice of SA Health, please accept that our primary concern is ensuring the safety of our clients, the blind and vision impaired community in general, and the South Australian public.

We also appreciate that these circumstances can create stress, and if you need urgent support, please remember that emergency services such as Police 000, Lifeline on 13 11 14 and SA Health Mental Health Services on 13 14 65 are all available to you during this time.

We hope that we can quickly return to normal service delivery once the lockdown is ended and thank you again for your support of RSB. Stay home. Stay safe.

Please refer to our website seedifferently.org.au for the latest news in relation to any changes in RSB services during the current lockdown.
