Individual Support
Comprehensive and personalised support is provided to YBL Participants to ensure they gain maximum benefit from this unique leadership program.
Participants are provided with Mentors from Adelaide’s senior business community. These Mentors work collaboratively with Participants to assist and guide them to acquire and apply skills and knowledge for personal and professional growth.
Each Participant is also provided with a Buddy who is a past YBL Participant. YBL Buddies offer first-hand experience and knowledge to assist Participants to maximise their opportunities within the YBL Program.
