Heather Pfeiffer promoted the City Cross Subway store through an in-store marketing campaign.

"I gained more confidence in selling my ideas and negotiating.  I learnt so much from working with senior management and the creative team of designers etc.  This project made me feel like I had the ability to do this all along, and now I know that I can do whatever I set my mind to."

Ben Clark introduced a Performance Management Framework for the Internode Sales Team.

"The framework standardises performance criteria and provides clarity to both staff and management.  People know what’s acceptable, what’s not acceptable and it makes managing staff easier.  Management is better able to know when staff are doing well and can reward them accordingly.  Seeing this project come to fruition after so much research and planning and been really rewarding."
