Diploma of Management
The Diploma of Management is achieved through the in-business Young Business Leaders SA (YBL) Program.
The Diploma of Management is nationally accredited and delivered in conjunction with the Australian Institute of Management.
By undertaking the Business Improvement Project and Community Involvement Project YBL Participants apply the knowledge and skills they gain at developmental workshops.
Each YBL Finalist is presented with their YBL Trophy, Diploma of Management and Membership to the Australian Institute of Management at the YBL Presentation Ceremony. To become a Finalist, YBL Participants must complete Business Improvement and Community Involvement Project requirements.
