Developmental Workshops
The YBL Program provides eight developmental workshops in conjunction with the Australian Institute of Management.
The eight developmental workshops comprise the nationally accredited Diploma of Management. These are:
- Leadership & Team Effectiveness
- Manage Projects & Operational Planning
- People Performance (personal work priorities)
- Continuous Improvement
- Risk Management
- Workplace Safety
- Finance (manage team budgets)
- People Performance (manage people performance)
Each developmental workshop provides the underpinning knowledge required to compete in the in-business Young Business Leaders SA (YBL) Program.
