Awards Program
All YBL Participants who complete the Business Improvement Project and Community Involvement Project and achieve their Diploma of Management earn the title of YBL Finalist.
A panel of independent judges assesses each YBL Finalist on:
- Business Improvement Project and Community Involvement Project
- leadership demonstrated throughout the YBL Program
- personal and professional growth and development
- personal presentation to the judging panel
All YBL Finalists are eligible for awards and prizes announced at the Presentation Ceremony. These include
- Young Business Leader SA of the Year
- Achievement Award
- Encouragement Award
YBL Finalists are also eligible for awards and prizes in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the community.
