Developmental Workshops

 

The YBL Program provides eight training and developmental workshops in conjunction with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).

 

The eight developmental workshops comprise the nationally accredited Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management).  These are:

Innovation and Change – Making Change Happen

Continuous Improvement – Improving Systems and Processes

Personal Work Priorities – Empowering Self

Effective Workplace Relationships

Team Effectiveness – Leadership in the Workplace

Workplace Safety – Promote a Safety Culture

 

Each developmental workshop provides the underpinning knowledge required to compete in the Young Business Leaders SA (YBL) Program.
