Awards Program

 

All YBL Participants who complete the Business Improvement Project and Community Involvement Project and achieve their Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) earn the title of YBL Finalist.

A panel of independent judges assesses each YBL Finalist on:

 

Business Improvement Project and Community Involvement Project

leadership demonstrated throughout the YBL Program

personal and professional growth and development

personal presentation to the judging panel

 

All YBL Finalists are eligible for awards and prizes announced at the Gala Presentation Ceremony. These include:

 

Young Business Leader SA of the Year

Achievement Award

Encouragement Award

 

YBL Finalists are also eligible for awards and prizes in recognition of their outstanding
contribution to the community.
