Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in
the “checkout” procedure. Deliveries within Australia are sent by Australia
Post Parcel Post, which includes options for express post and for insurance.

The RSB is unable to give shipping times. Information about shipping times can be found at the Australia post web site.

Returns
Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
The invoice is provided as the proof of purchase;
There are no signs that the product is damaged or tampered with;
Original packaging, manufacturer instructions and any other applicable documents must accompany the returned product;
If the product is required to be returned by mail, postage both ways must be paid by the purchaser.
In addition to the above, the RSB honours all manufacturer warranties for faulty goods, where applicable. If the product has a genuine manufacturer fault or defect under the warranty period, the RSB will assist in returning the product to the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement, provided the invoice is presented as the proof of purchase. The RSB does not offer any other warranties besides the warranty that is supplied by the manufacturer.
